Planning: Guidance and consultancy for planning process alongside selected Professional Services

Work Specifications: Detailed scope of works outlining all proposed elements of the project

Contracting: Negotiated tender process to procure Main Contractor

Timings: Proposal for project timings

Budget: Proposal for project costs and payment plan

Communications: Regular status meetings to suit client

Main Contractor: Management of Main Contractor and third-party suppliers to deliver agreed scope of works including regular site meetings and status reports

Building Control: Instruction and regular liaison to ensure proposed works meet current building codes and regulations

Kitchen Plan: Design consultancy for layout and design of kitchen including appliances, hard surfaces and finishes. Procurement of kitchen units and appliances with access to supplier trade discount

Bathroom Plan: Design consultancy for layout and design of bathroom including sanitary ware, hard surfaces and finishes. Procurement of sanitary ware, hard surfaces and finishes with access to supplier trade discount

Electrical Plan: Design and oversee electrical and lighting layout to first fit phase

Plumbing Plan: Design and oversee plumbing and heating layout to first fit phase

Budget: Management and regular updates on project budget and cash flow

Timings: Management and on-going review of project timings with Main Contractor

Communications: Regular status meetings and in person site meetings to suit client

Interior Design: In depth design consultancy to include mood, concept and styling proposals comprising lighting, finishes and hard materials, furniture, soft furnishings, window treatments, accessories and colour schemes

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E): Procurement and order scheduling of FF&E with access to supplier trade discount. Unpacking, checking and installation of FF&E (if required)

Budget: Management and regular updates on project budget and cash flow

Timings: Management of order and delivery sequencing of hard materials and FF&E

Communications: Regular status meetings, procurement outings and in person meetings to suit client
