Who We Are

Bunny Hall is a London based property solutions agency with a portfolio of residential projects. Set up by Barbara and David Hall in 2020, Bunny Hall offers over 25 years of property experience spanning acquisition, financing, development, design and project management.

David's expertise spans over 15 years at the forefront of residential and commercial property finance, specialising in complex and high-value lending solutions. David’s detailed understanding of the property market and strong relationships with a large network of lenders, developers and agents offers solid investment modelling plus access to properties not on the open market. David manages the purchase negotiation and lending arrangements plus procurement of contractors and budget control. 

Barbara has spent 20 years working on global events, exhibitions, experiential and sponsorship projects. Raised in a creative household, Barbara developed a passion for architectural and interior design early on. Combined with her exacting skills in project management and client servicing, Barbara oversees the running of all Bunny Hall proprietary and client projects; from initial design and spatial planning to the sourcing and management of contractors and suppliers to furnishing and styling finishes.

Together, Barbara and David offer a combined skillset covering all aspects of residential property purchase, development, design and detailing. They have built a significant portfolio in West London, completing over 10 development and refurbishment projects. Through their combined teamwork, coupled with their flair and passion for all things property related and fortified by the disciplined approach of the Prince2 Project Management methodology, Bunny Hall provides a holistic service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of their clients.
