NO BUNNIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE FOR VIRAL HAEMORRAGIC DISEASE AND MYXOMATOSIS

I understand that while every care will be taken of my animals, they are boarded entirely at my own risk. I authorise you to call a veterinary surgeon on my behalf should it be necessary. I enclose a deposit of 20% of the total fee which I understand is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled and that the boarding fee is payable upon arrival.

Bunny Hall Rabbit Retreat reserve the right to dispose of animals not collected within 15 days of the stated departure date if no communication from the owner, or the owner`s agent, is received, and if efforts to contact the owner fail.

1. Without exception we will only check-in bunnies with an up-to-date vaccination certificate for myxomatosis and viral haemorragic disease.
2. Please note that no booking can be guaranteed unless a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking.
3. Fees are payable in advance on arrival.
4. No cheques are accepted unless accompanied by a bankers card.
5. Fees are charged by the night. Animals not collected by 12 midday on the date of departure will be charged an additional night.
6. Veterinary insurance cover does not extend to pre-existing conditions.
